The By7 series Surge Protection are designed to protect against lightning surge voltages in photovoltaic power supply networks. These units must be installed in parallel on the DC networks to be protected and provide common and differential modes protection. The By7 series is available for the main operating voltages in photovoltaic system up to: 500Vdc, 600Vdc, 800Vdc and 1000 Vdc. The green and red indication shows operational readiness of every protective circuit. Apart from this standard visual indication, greegoo SPD also feature a three-pole terminal for remote signalling. With their floating changeover contact, the remote signal can be used as make or break contact according to the particular circuit concep.
