The overwhelming majority of manufacturing enterprises face the problem of gas cleaning. The production process in any industry is always associated with aerial dusting. Dust can have an undesirable effect on the course of the technological process, cause product spoilage and affect the health of workers, and it also causes costs for the enterprise. The gas aspiration system allows removing up to 95% of the dust from the traffic flow, sharply reducing dust emissions at all subsequent transshipment points, warehousing, and other transport operations. It consists of forced blowing of the transporting cargo with a directed airflow, followed by removal and collection of the blown dust. In addition to dust collecting devices and fans, the aspiration system includes the following main components: receiving devices, onboard suction devices, which are installed in the dust removal zones of technological equipment, and a duct system through which polluted air is transported. One of the directions of the Greenex Eco company in the industrial aspiration system is to reduce dust emissions during material handling.
