Lew 1800 Jump is Greifenberg’s winch especially designed for the drafting of the snow milling machine on ski jumping hills. The Lew 1800 Jump is approved for towing of the snow milling machine with a driver on board, and is equipped with all safety devices. It features a double-roller equipped with dual braking system: one integrated in the electric engine, while the disc brake with hydraulic pliers is installed directly on the drum. Torque control, like in the Lew 1800_R functions as a safety sensor alerting the operator if the winch exceeds the speed limit and it is expected to stop automatically in case of slack rope.
