Description
THEORY OF OPERATION:
- In a metal bowl, a rotor consisting of tools in the form of plows-hares, by side and reverse skimming, turns over the product and throws it towards the outside.
- Supply is form the top and emptying is through the center at the bottom.
- The operating cycle is discontinuous.
DESIGN :
- Material used : carbon steel or stainless steel.
- Metal bowl.
- Rotor consisting of machined shaft on wich plowshare-shaped tools are adapted.
- Excellent sealing is provided at both ends of the shaft by a stuffing box.
- Rotor drive is by reducer motor and transmission system.
- For large-capacity models, an hydraulic coupler is provided
