KOOI-ROLLERFORKS Palletless handling The innovation The KOOI® Rollerfork product eliminates the need for pallets during loading and transport in many applications. The roller forks bring big savings in logistics, because a simple foil instead of a wooden or plastic pallet serves as a load carrier. Replacing pallets When pallets are replaced by the rollfork system, significant savings are to be realized, e.g. when entire trucks or containers are transported fully from one factory to another. The key advantages of slipsheets are: ■ Lower cost of the slipsheets (saving up to 80%) ■ More volume and less weight in the truck ■ 98% less in-house storage space ■ Less administrative costs and no repatriation ■ Less disposal costs as with disposable pallets Applications The rollerforks can be attached to all common forklifts with ISO / FEM fork carriers. Products packed in cartons, sacks or big-bags which are on a slip sheet can easily be picked up and transported. With the rollerforks, the product with slip sheet can always be placed on a normal pallet. For storage in shelves a flat bottom shelf is required or the goods should be placed on a pallet. In combination with adapted pallets having an entry opening for the forks, the load with slip sheet can be removed from this pallet and deposited for external transport in the container or truck. The special range remains for in-house reuse.
