Description
he KG series are housed DC-drives with revolving armatures. These can be designed as series (universal motor) or shunt motor. The series motor has a high starting torque, but its speed is heavily load-dependent. The speed of the shunt motor remains nearly constant and is controlled by the armature voltage.
