The HT47 represents a significant technological advance for SÁEZ CRANES in the self-erecting sector. The machine is the result of three years of research and development, during which Saez-engineering has been invested in developing what is arguably a unique product on the market.
The tower is assembled with a robust and reliable cable system, allowing a maximum height of 40.5m under the hook, without having to reduce the load curve. The jib, which extends to 47m, is deployed with hydraulic pistons, making it extremely versatile for jobsites where part of the jib may have to be retracted to avoid colliding with jobsite obstacles such as adjacent buildings, other cranes or trees.
The HT47 is equipped as standard with a prohibited-zone system. Also included is a remote control with display, and there is an option to add a 4.0 system allowing remote-assistance. The motors are of the latest, high performance generation, with an IP55 insulation rating and a 1:4 reduction ratio.
Another outstanding feature is that the HT47 is the only crane in its category able to work in single-phase and three-phase, making it highly adaptable for all jobsites.
We would also like to draw attention to the fact that the crane has been designed to be easily transported either with the original SÁEZ transport axles or with transport axles already on the market, making our clients’ job easier and helping them to maximize their investment.
