Wastewater treatment neutralization plant GENO®-Neutra NO-5

GENO®-Neutra NO-5 is a flow neutralisation system for condensates from oil condensing boilers (DIN 4716-1). The condensate volume is up to 55 kW or 4.4 l/h. It consists of a neutralisation tank made of plastic with integrated sedimentation zone for impurities and a regeneration system for neutralisation granules. The neutralisation granules are topped up as needed. The equipment includes pH indicator strips, connection hose and connection material, a first batch of activated carbon and an integrated siphon on the intake. If there is no natural downward slope to allow for direct waste water discharge the waste water lifting system AH-300 can be installed downstream. The installation site must be frost-proof and the system protected against chemicals, dyes, solvents, vapours, high radiation temperatures, dust and direct sunlight. Take into consideration that in standard operation, the condensation accumulates to a level of approx. the height of the outlet connection of the neutralisation system. If the condensation is to completely drain from the heat generator or the flue gas system, the installation areas and outlets for the condensation (e.g. chimney) must be provided for accordingly.
