The general provisions for “Electromagnetic devices and components” were considered in accordance with DIN VDE 0580 during development/design. This direct current (DC) single-action solenoid with plunger and punched yoke bar uses a cost-effective pull actuator design. The slip-coated plunger is mounted in a brass sleeve. Stroke limitation is configured externally by the customer. If required, and for an additional fee, you may receive: •An additional plunger return spring •A yoke bar with lateral threading •A plunger with internal threading or groove (pull actuator design) •A plunger with an additional thrust rod (push actuator design) •A plunger or pole core with an additional anti-adhesive disk (remanance discharge) Coil design The coil body has two radially-mounted, square-profile connec-tor pins. For an additional fee, the radial pin length can be made to suit customer requirements. Other coil connectors can also be provided at additional costs (for special coil body tools).
