Processor handheld device for measuring dissolved oxygen, pH and temperature.
GRYF 464 is a microprocessor-controlled battery-operated hand-held instrument. The device is designed to measure the dissolved oxygen concentration, pH, electrical voltage and temperature. Its ergonomic shape allows one-handed operation, so it is suitable not only for laboratories, but also for field work and operations. The device is operated by four buttons that are similar to the PC: UP, DOWN, ESC, ENTER. The multifunction display (LCD) clearly displays all measured variables and other accompanying data and messages. The main measured value is shown on the display and, as a secondary, the accompanying temperature.
The oxygen concentration measurement function is equipped with automatic temperature compensation (ATC), ie. when measuring the O2 concentration, the temperature used in the calculation of the resulting displayed value is measured simultaneously. The auto temperature compensation feature can be turned off.
The oxygen sensor is a Clark type oxygen sensor with an integrated temperature sensor. The main measured quantity can be displayed in two ranges of mg/l or in % saturation.
Any single or combined pH electrode can be used to measure the pH. An electrodes for measuring ORP or different ISE can be connected to the mV meter input.
If the device is equipped with a voltage output, the measured data can be transferred to another device (eg. recorder).
The device is powered by a 9V battery. A drop in its voltage is indicated by the "Bat" message. The automatic shutdown is set to 5 minutes. The auto power off function can be turned off.
