Fillers for Table Easy to use, these filling units are ideal for small and medium productions for the preparation of samples or for laboratory. Installed on a stainless Steel base at floor with 4 wheels (2 with brakes) . Adjustable filling capacity: up to max. 500 cc. by means of a threaded wheel with reference to graduated scale . Operation: Manual by pedal and/or Automatic operation . Standard stainless Steel conic hopper, polished inside -volume 301. (other volumes upon request) . Dosing cylinder made of lapped stainless Steel . Stainless Steel dosing piston . Spécial rulon joints, suitable for foodstuffs: non-toxic joints made of spécial material for a long life and high résistance up to max. product température 100°C . Stroke-end: spécial microswitches that allow to work at high speeds with absolute and constant filling accuracy due to the fact that product is filled only when piston has totally accomplished its course. . Pneumatic installation: for filling unit operation it’s necessary only compressed air at 6 ATM - consumption about 190 NL/min. There is no need of lubrication because its components are self-lubricating. . Table-Filler models: 50 - 70 - 100 - 170 - 200 and 300GR. are manufactured in “SM" version - i.e. quickly and easily disassembled (without tools) for cleaning and maintenance operations, thanks to rapid CLAM P connections.
