This completely automatic line is suitable for the preparation of classical or Venetian style tramezzino sandwiches. It can have two or four lanes and all the line is highly customizable; with the possibility to add an automatic system for the rotation of the bread. The line features a Kawasaki robot with titanium blades and optical vision systems with the option to choose the type of cut: triangular, rectangular or in four triangles. SANDWICH PREPARATION LINES customlzable design: Automatic line at 4 lanes for high production up to 2000 - 2200 square sandwiches/hour (i.e. 4000 -r 4400 triangular sandwiches/h after the eut), depending on type otstutUng and operator's speed. This line, in addition to the automatic dosing of sauces, allows to automate the cuttlng of the stuffed sandwiches by means of: Kawasaki robot with titanium blade and vision System that allows to choose how to eut the product (triangular, rectangular or in 4 triangular parts, etc...) All our Unes are completely controlled by PLC. Possibility to integrate the line with automatic System for bread siiees loading on the conveyor or sllcer for ham/cheese. Availabillty of thermo-sealing or thermo-forming machines for the packaging.
