Internal and External Grinding: Diameter 400 mm, Length 250 mm High precision internal and external grinding processes are facilitated by CNC technology. The fields of application are the most varied, but external grinding is usually done on shafts and pinions. While, for internal grinding the difficulty lies in the speed at which the grinding machine has to work. This is because unlike the external machining area, the internal one often has much smaller dimensions than the grinding wheel used and therefore to ensure sufficient material removal, the machine rotation speed must be much higher. Profile grinding: Diameter 500 mm, Length 1400, Module 15 The profile grinding allows to act on the tooth profile to correct the teeth. This process allows to restore the full original functionality of the gear following the heat treatment. The result is less noise of the gear when used and it also prevents its breakage.
