The composite salt spray test chamber is used to test the battery pack or the system casing for a certain period of time and its corrosion resistance.
At the same time, it can also be used for the corrosion resistance of the surface of various materials after electroplating, anodizing, spraying, anti-rust oil, etc.
Test description
Testing object:Battery pack or System Standard test requirements:
Refer to the test method of 5.5.2 of GB/T 28046.4 and test according to the test conditions of GB/T 2423.17.
The sait solution is prepared using sodium chloride (chemically pure, analytically pure) and distilled or deionized water at a concentration of (5 ± 0.1)% (mass fraction). The pH was measured between 6.5 and 7.2 at (20 ± 2) ° C.
The test object was placed in a sait spray box and cycled as shown in Figure 10, one cycle lasting 24 hours. The test subject was sprayed at (35 ± 2) ° C for 8 h, then allowed to stand for 16 h, and the working mode was 3.2 in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 28046.1-2011 between the 4th hour and the 5th hour of a cycle.A total of 6 cycles
For test objects installed in the passenger compartment, luggage compartment or cargo compartment, no sait spray test may be carried out.
