It is comprised of rock wool plate, aluminum alloy frame, and flame-proof insulation layer. The tongue and groove joint makes the car spray booth quite durable for use. The roof panel is made of powder coated galvanized steel. Basement Constructed with three 900mm wide ramps, the basement of the automotive refinishing booth is designed with the height of 330mm. Apart from the gratings, the basement also employs galvanized steel plate and square steel pipe to achieve good durability. Generator The generator is made of square steel frame and coated steel. The air supply and extraction is carried from the back of the generator. Air Purification System The air purification system of the car spray booth comprises of G3 pre-filter, EU5/F5 ceiling filter, fiberglass or G3 floor filter, pocket filter or M green fiber glass filter and active carbon exhaust fan filter. Designed with dual filtering structure, the pre-filter of the auto coating equipment is able to capture the granules larger than 10μm and the ceiling filter is installed to capture the granules bigger than 4μm. With powerful filtering capacity, the air purification system enables the filtering rate up to 98%. Relying on differential pressure gauge, the TSP can be controlled within 1.4mg/m3.
