Air Purification System The air purification system of the car spray booth includes pre-filter, high-efficiency ceiling filter, and floor filter. Heating System Designed with SUS304 heat exchanger and RIELLO G20 diesel burner, the heating system of the car painting equipment offers maximum heating value up to 180000Kcal/h. Thanks to the electric actuator, the automatic changeover of paint spraying and curing can be realized. The heating process lasts about 5 to 7 minutes, with the maximum heating temperature of 80°C. The rate of oil consumption varies from 4kg to 6kg per set. Lighting System The lighting system of the car spray booth is capable of offering the light intensity over 1000Lux.
