Three axis (traverse/crosswise/main arm) / Five axis (traverse/crosswise/vertical main arm/vertical sub-arm) robots are driven by high performance AC servo motor, which is with a good performance of high speed take-out, moving based high rigidity slideway, and equipped with open style servo location controlling system to achieve the performance of high precision take-out.
