Description

The injectors of the PIH series were specially developed for the special requirements of poultry product injections. The different sizes cover all production capacities from small trades to industrial facilities. Advantages of the PIH series: Injection pattern with a high needle density for the best possible brine distribution in the product Product-specific needle selection to reduce visible punctures Product-specific filter selection (belt filter, double pre filter, self-cleaning filter) Higher output through product-specific clearance height adjustment Injection quantities from 5% – max (product-dependent) Applies to models PIH 630/2 and PIH 372: Separate product lines in a single machine permit the user to produce different products with different injection quantities. This is of great advantage, specifically in the poultry industry. The machine can process poultry legs, wings or breasts in separate lines with the same or with different injection quantities.Needle cassettes with product-specific needles can be replaced within a few seconds. Each line works independent from the other and product-related
