The series 835H is a range of hollow-shaft optical encoders designed for applications that require precise motion sensing. The series offers three models with the same mechanical and electrical specifications such as LED illumination which provides reliability, push-pull photo-transistors designed to give good signal stability, and internal flexible coupling to provide easier installation. The units can fit any shaft size that reaches up to 30 mm in diameter. The shaft has a simple yet robust design with no threads, shoulders, or other length requirements. It also has ABEC class 7 bearings which protect it against contaminants.
