Models 8135S and 8235S rotary incremental encoders are related to the family of industrial-grade optical incremental encoders. These are available in two different models. Both models have similar mechanical and electrical features, but the performance and price are different. Both models have important features, including LED enlightenment for consistency. Both models have push-pull photo transistors to provide stable signals. These feature a combination of synchro and face mount.
These have medium duty cover, and optional environmentally sealed cover for the protection against environmental factors. Both models feature Sealed ABEC Class 7 bearings for the protection of unit against contaminants. It has an accurate chrome-on-glass disc. Supported resolution is up to 8 times the line count on the disc. There are dual reading heads for the superior accuracy. Available declaration is up to 80 times the line count on the disc.
