The TU60/80 is a fully automatic tube filling and closing machine driven by cam discs and/or servo motors. The machine is equipped with a rotary indexing table and a wide range of options are available. Due to the high quality electronics a high flexibility regarding the filling and closing process is given. Furthermore, up to 99 recipe programs can be created for the products to be processed.The rotary indexing table has 12 quickly exchangeable tube holders. A central hollow shaft carries the tool holder plate on which the closing tools are mounted. Other tube feeding systems are also available on request. The machine includes a remote maintenance facility for quick and easy service. Plastic or laminate tubes are closed by hot air technology, ALU tubes are closed with folding tools. In addition, the tubes can be embossed on both sides.
