The TU110 is a high quality oval tube filling and closing machine mainly driven by servo motors. Due to its oval design and therefore generous space of the machine it isn’t necessary to remove or change stations by switching from M-tubes to PE-tubes. There is also given a variable order of the individual processing stations of the machine. The tube transport system regulary contains 44 replaceable tube holders. The individual work stations are positioned around the tube conveyor chain. The stations are equipped with separate drives. The machine frame is made of stainless steel and the product contacting parts are made out of AISI 316L. Furthermore there are many options available as well as if special requests are present we will help to find the right solution.
