The AL55 FL is a robust, mechanically cam and servo driven, compact machine that can be used for various bottles and vials. Several stations are available for filling and capping, which can be flexibly combined according to customer requirements. There are a number of different feeding systems as well as closing tools, depending on the variety of containers and closures. For screwing we recommend the use of the proven and precise torque screwdriver of the GSM series. Furthermore, different filling technologies can be selected. Depending on the requirements, the filling medium can be automatically sucked in, conveyed through a funnel (also heated) or fed directly under pressure.
