Our AL31 Ti jar and can filler is a mechanically cam-driven or servo-driven filling and sealing machine with a cycled rotary table.
The star wheel and the guiding rail are easy to change within a few minutes. The machine frame is made of stainless steel, the parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel or special plastics.
The empty containers are fed in via a conveyor belt from a turntable. After filling, the sealing plates are (opt.) placed from a stacking magazine and welded to the vessels in the next station. The screwing of the closures can also be aligned and takes place with our GSM500 station with precise torque. Various output options are available.
The AL31 Ti machine is able to process various shapes of cans and jars, including square vessels, in a very gentle way on the surface. In addition, it is possible to run this machine with two or three lanes. This means that two or three containers are filled at the same time and the machine achieves a significantly higher performance.
