Description

Compact and versatile... our new LAL20 Our newly developed filling and sealing ma- chine LAL20 is an extremely compact filling and sealing machine for packaging liquid pro- ducts in glass and plastic containers. Depending on the area of application, it is available in an explosion-proof pneumatic version, as the LAL 20 Ex with up to 20 cycles/min., or as a fast version with up to 35 cycles/min. available in servo version. The system is designed for one operator, the filling station can be freely selected with rotary piston, peristaltic pump or with reciprocating piston. But a variant with our FM1 is also available, which we will present to you in the brochure. In the filling process, your containers are transported via a collecting turntable onto the infeed conveyor to the packaging machine. At the end of the line, the packs are fed into the rake of the linear indexing table of the filling and sealing machine in cycles and transported to the respective stations. The screwing device can be designed mechanically, pneumatically or as a servo screwing device. Via the output station, the containers are output onto a conveyor belt. Here, a control station monitors that there is a cap on each container and that it has been screwed on correctly. If this is not the case, the pack is pushed onto an output tray. The system can be equipped with different stations - here with dropper insert and screw connection. Both inserts and closing caps are provided via vibratory grading bowls and linear feeders. In the case of containers with small dimensions, it is even possible to accommodate the sorting units within the housing, which makes the system even more compact.
