The shape and size of the of required ROLLBLOC die lifters is defined by the slots on the press table. ROLLBLOC ball version has the advantage of moving easily in any direction. Short step up time is offered when it is conjucted with different die formats. It has double the load bearing capacity and this helps in the occurence of linear transfer of dies. In order to reduce roller friction, hardened strips on the underside of the table is the best option. The ROLLBLOC die has rollers which can easily be used in the die base plate.
