MD Micro batch feeder, entirely made of stainless steel, consists in an upper hopper equipped with an innovative break-lump and bridge-breaker plough shaft with independent gear motor. Dosing is made by a volumetric interchangeable dosing screw also equipped with independent gear motor which (according to the dosing needs) can be equipped with an electronic frequency driven gear motor or a potentiometric regulated DC gear motor or a brushless gear motor assuring a practically endless output variation. A detachable front cover for throughout inspection and cleaning makes the micro-batch feeder suitable for polluting materials management. The machine can be supplied with load cell for loss-in-weight applications complete with PLC electronics. • All product contact parts are manufactured in stainless steel or material suitable for the product which is to be conveyed • Easy to clean • Variable speed brushless motor supplied upon request • Easy to dismount
