Designed for professionals, the TIG 300 DC is adapted for complex TIG and MMA welding operations. Intuitive, this welder allows you to perform high quality welding operations on soft and stainless steel. Its proven technology provides excellent results to industries (Pipework, petrochemical, boilerwork). OPTIMISED DC WELDING TIG DC : continuous current for ferrous metals. TIG DC Pulsed : limits temperature elevation of the welded pieces. SPOT : fast and precise spot welding, ideal before welding thin metal sheets. 2 types of start-up : HF (without contact) or LIFT (with contact) for electrosensitive environments. 3 trigger modes : 2T, 4T and 4T LOG. Automatic detection of the torch : compatible with trigger, double button and potentiometer torches. AIP (Adjust Ideal Position) : helps to position the torch before welding (4T & 4T LOG modes). MMA WELDING MMA : Basic rutiles and cellulosic electrodes (up to Ø 5 mm). MMA Pulse : developed for welding pipes/tubes as well as upper vertical welding. LIQUID cooling (option) Water cooled torch, for better comfort and access to difficult areas. Automatic, the cooling unit is controlled by the machine. Easy connection thanks to the two connectors inside the machine. ERGONOMIC INTERFACE Displays current/voltage during and after welding (DMOS/QMOS). Save 10 programs for each process, for repetitive tasks. Remote control (optional pedal or manual) connectable without tools. Connect 5 mode to pilot the machine from a console or from an automaton (5 pre-saved program). ULTRA COMPACT Reinforced panels & rubber pads. Light (21 kg), easy to move on-site.
