FIVE-ROLL REFINERS TYPE HFS Our five-roll refiners; type HFS are available in 3 performance ranges: 1. - High-performance* 1800 mm HFS 180S with up to 1500 kg/h @ 20 um1 2. - 1800 mm HFS 180E with up to 1150 kg/h @ 20 pm 3. - 1400 mm HFS 140E with up to 900 kg/h @ 20 pm The automatic roller gap setting and proven back-pressure System of our five-roll refiners, type HFS provide: • precise fineness adjustment without interruption of production • range of fineness and flexible speed drive • high flexibility to process dry as well as soft masses • stainless Steel storage/feeding hopper and discharge chute • best-in-class energy efficiency • optional 100% fineness monitoring of the entire working width of the roll and automatic fineness control with our Fineness Measuring Unit, type HMB 1Thanks to the increased diameter of the 2 top rolls significantly improved refinino efficiency is guaranteed. 3 units of our high-performance HFS 180S can replace 4 units of standard 1800 mm five-roll refiners
