P12 tube laser cutting machine uses advanced high-power fiber laser and is equipped with precision servo system. Thanks to this advanced system, it becomes a high-tech product integrating multiple technologies. The straight Z axis and rotary A axis use a servo motor with a high-speed and acceleration servo system. The cutter head is selected with capacitive sensor, with high induction precision, fast response, and stable and reliable performance. Import high-precision electronic control proportional valve, accurately control the cutting auxiliary gas pressure, aiming to achieve the best cutting effect. It is much more precise and convenient than manual pressure regulator. The front end of the processing tube is strongly vented to keep the inner wall of the cutting workpiece smooth and clean, free of stress and no rolling scratches on the surface of the processing workpiece, and no burrs at the tube mouth. Structure The base of the machine is a full welding structure which ensures high stability and long service life. Clamping system The clamping system consists of a rotary device and a three-legged self-centering pneumatic clamping head, fixed on the bed. The AC servo motor controls the system, the self-centering chuck adopts pneumatic clamping, and the rotary device drives the clamp and the workpiece to rotate synchronously.
