ROLL-IN PACKAGING MACHINES FROM HANDSAEME MACHINERY • Own developed concept to fully pack carpets (already rolled up in a previous stage of production) with max diameter 50cm • Carpet rolls are pre-closed with tape or stretch foil • Plastic is automatically cut to the correct size, regardless of the length of the carpet roll, and then wrapped with plastic. The plastic is closed lengthwise with tape automatically • Tightly wrapped carpet rolls to avoid telescopic formation, choice between a plastic band or complete packaging • Possibility to insert a label under the plastic • With full packaging, the sides are also closed (different possibilities) PUSH IN PACKAGING MACHINES FROM HANDSAEME MACHINERY • Suitable for the automatic packaging of carpet rolls of equal lengths and for carpet rolls up to 70cm diameter • Carpet rolls are fully wrapped with plastic foil on this machine (only possibility for "full packing") • The plastic is sealed both in length (with heat seal) and at the ends (with weld or shrink) PACKAGING MACHINES WITH SHRINK OVEN FROM HANDSAEME MACHINERY • Suitable for automatical and continuous packaging of both short and very long carpet rolls (unlimited in roll length) • Also suitable for packing piles of carpets • Fast, efficient and economical packaging, without the intervention of an operator
