These powder booths are designed to perform batch powder coating manually or automatically without reclamation of the overspray. Making efficient use of space it offers a wide range of advantages and characteristics. These spray booths draw into themselves the shop air which is then passed through the workspace of the booth and into the walls integrated with filtered plenum. The air is routed back into the room or released back into the atmosphere after multiple stages of filtration. Easily replaceable and inspect-able disposable filters are used in these machines. Optional reclamation systems are also available. Limited overhead clearance installation is allowed and each booth is provided with the first set of filters. All sealants, filters and hardware that are required for installation have been included. Complying with NHPA and OSHA regulations the booths are available over 100m long and 24x24 in dimensions.
