PureflonTM ETFE is the copolymer of ethylene-tetra-fluoro-ethylene, a fluorine-based plastic. It was designed to have high corrosion resistance and strength over a wide temperature range. Application: Excellent fluidity, suitable for extrusion and injection process. ET-430 could be used to produce wires, cables, pipes and various electronic components. The melt has excellent fluidity and could be used to produce thin-walled wires and injection molded products with complex structures. Suitable for extrusion and injection process. It could be used to produce films, sheathed of wires and cables, tubes. The material has excellent stress cracking resistance. It is suitable for producing thick-walled clad wires, film, tubes and sheets. It could also be used for lining materials of valves, pumps and containers. Suitable for rotational molding, it is in powder form and is ideal for molding parts including anti-corrosive lining, and especially for hollow or complex parts. Cross linked ETFE, suitable for applications requiring excellent electrical properties, cold flow resistance, higher mechanical strength, higher melting temperature and good resistance to radiation.
