PAS2992E communication management device is a new-generation telecontrol communication server researched and developed by the Company, and could realize the interconnection of substation automation system and telecontrol dispatching. The device adopts 4U standard machine case, and provides 4 Ethernet ports, 8 serial communication ports and 2 CAN communication ports externally. (1)The product adopts embedded hardware platform, and adopts 32-bit high-performance microprocessor chip as CPU. It has no hard disc and fan, and it has low power consumption. (2) The product adopts embeddedoperating system platform, and has friendly MMI function. (3) It supports telecontrol application. (4)It may communicate with telecontrol dispatching master station, and realize simultaneous operation of many channels and telecontrol protocols. (5)It supports various telecontrol protocols in common use, such as DL451-91 (Ministry-issued CDT), DL/T634－2002.5104 (idtIEC60870-5-104), DL/T634－2002.5101 (idtIEC60870-5 -101), DL476－92, etc. (6)It supports the application of in-substation communication.
