KNY28-12 metal-clad enclosed switchgear is of three-level structure. The upper level is bus and instrument room (mutually isolated), the middle level is of circuit breaker room, and the lower level is cable room. The circuit breaker is on the middle level, so the product is called as armored removable built-in metal-enclosed switch gear, simply referred to as built-in cabinet. KYN28-12 built-in cabinet is a complete-set power distribution device of 3.6~12KV 3-phase AC 50Hz single bus and single bus segmentation system. It selects vacuum circuit breakers such as VS1, VD4, 3AH, etc. which are designed to integrate with the spring operating mechanism as main switches. The product is featured by compact structure, excellent performance and high reliability, and has reliable “five preventions” function, high structural intensity, reasonable arrangement of components, complete scheme, and strong expandability. It is an ideal new power distribution device. 1. Each isolation chamber is equipped with pressure-relief channel and could withstand internal fault arc; being completely metal-clad and enclosed, the product could effectively prevent the proliferation of accident. 2. The low-voltage part and high-voltage part are completely isolated. 3. After door is closed, the level of protection could reach up to IP4X. The product could effectively prevent human body and external solids from contacting electrified body and moving parts, and ensure personal safety and reliable operation of equipment.
