Bridge construction launching gantry

Launching crane is important lifting equipment for modern bridge construction, it is used to erect the precast beam, steel box beam or precast segment section. After finished one span erecting job, the launching crane will move to the next span and continue the job. Nante can provide 50t-100t single girder launching crane, 120t-300t double girder launching crane, and 700t-900t segmental launching crane. Nante’s launching gantry includes the rotating parts to erect the bridge beam on a curved bridge, the side bridge beam can be erected with any assistant, can erect the both direction of the bridge. Features 1） - Follows the international design code, like FEM, CMAA, EN ISO, GB. 2） - Equip with NWC construction winch or NW series European standard winch. Multiple wire rope layer design and the wire rope drum is short。 3） - The girder is truss structure design, which is compact and welded by S355 material. The welding specification follows ISO 15614, AWS D14.1. 4） - The anti-roller mechanism is machined by CNC for more precious and long service life. Can drive the girder walk forward or take the support leg forward smoothly. 5） - The control panel design follow IEC standard, which includes the Monitoring system, can check the load weight and lifting speed lively.
