The inner clearance of the U-shaped ring should be 1-3 mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope. If the clearance is too large, it is difficult to clamp the rope. 2) When in use, tighten the U-bolt until the wire rope is flattened by about 1/3. Because the steel wire rope deforms after being stressed, the rope clamp needs to be tightened for the second time after the steel wire rope is stressed to ensure the reliability of the joint. 3) The arrangement distance between the rope clips is generally about 6 to 7 times the diameter of the steel wire rope. The rope clips should be arranged in a straight line. The U-shaped ring part should be stuck on one side of the rope head, and the pressure plate should be placed on one side of the main rope.
