Programmable stripper-crimper with numerically controlled stripping unit for precise stripping of wires and connecting to side- and end-feed terminals. After stripping, the cable clamping moves the wire into the applicator for crimping. Thus applicators of different manufacturers can be used without modification. Fast and easy handling by touch screen including setting mode and diagnosis display. All stripping parameters such as stripping length, wire cross- section, notch depth, blade way-back, corrective cut length and wire excess length can easily be set and saved by means of touch screen and all data are storable on SD Memory Card. When equipped with an optionally obtainable integrated crimp force monitor, its parameters can be memorized also. It is suitable for processing reeled terminals within a wire size range of 0,14 mm² to 4,00 mm² and with a max. material thickness of 1 mm. Including spool arm, safeguard and terminal strip chopper.
