Description

S60 spindle housing itself is an FC30 casting, which further underwent precision boring and honing, and the material for spindle are alloy steels subjected to high frequency heat treatment. They are assembled with SKF Germany, NSK Japan and Taiwan TPI precision bearings which maintaining the spindle nose accuracy 0.002mm or less. Its maximum capacity RPM 5000 is suitable to mount on a CNC servo slide or hydraulic feed table for your machining applications. . Standard 3-phase AC motor 2.2kW is included, optional maximum power up to 3.7kW . Belt driven at fixed speed and incorporate a timing or Poly-V belt . Spindle taper NT40, A2-4 and FB50 are available . Available for servo driven at variable speeds . AC Induction Motor protection IP 54 . Gear motor is available upon request . Center through coolant is optional.
