Design & Operation Hanningfield’s Drum Tumblers are designed for the gentle tumbling of drums to create uniform batches. The tumblers are suitable for almost any drum size (e.g. 50, 100, 200 litres), with a typical maximum SWL of 200kgs and variable RPM. All batch data can be recorded (e.g. start time, duration, RPM) and, if required, can incorporate a printer or compliance to 21 CFR Part 11. The drum tumblers are typically supplied as stand-alone pedestal units. The drum tumblers are manufactured in stainless steel and designed to conform to the GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical, food and allied industries. Documentation All equipment can be supplied with full validation documentation (FS/DS, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ) and 3.1 mill certificates to EN10204 if required.
