The stationary electronic tension sensor is designed with a versatile materials including wires, thin ropes, and cables which measures up to 8 mm Ø. The device also features an adaptable mounting and an easy to install cylindrical hole (mounting cut out 38.5 - 40 mm Ø). Furthermore, it is also equipped with a ball-bearing mounted guide rollers having a measurement of 29.5 mm groove Ø, V-grooved or U-grooved, an analog tension signal, a customized and easy-to-calibrate type of material, and a tension sensor which contains a mechanical over-load protection.
