The tension meter DTX with its 12 measuring ranges up to max. 60 daN is suitable for use in the textile and wire industry. The models can be equipped with ball-bearing V-grooved guide rollers for material speeds up to max. 5000 m / min. The tension meter stores MIN, MAX, last reading, mean and standard deviation. The device has a USB interface and a memory for max. 60000 readings, as well as 5 memory modes with statistical evaluation and PEAK detection. The LCD display rotates automatically in 90 ° increments for better reading of the measured values ​​and has 3 different display options (numeric, numeric with bargraph and numeric with graphic). In order to simplify working with different material to be measured, up to 9 adjustments can be saved and adapted to divergent material by a fine adjustment. In addition, working with the tension meter is facilitated by the automatic zero point adjustment, which is independent of the measuring position, as well as the adjustable electronic damping, which is used for highly fluctuating tensions. Different units of force can be selected. By default, the device is shipped with the Tension Inspect 3 software for continuous data recording on the PC. The unique, force reduced material catching system reduces the force required for threading. For maximum accuracy, the diameter of the material to be measured can be set with a wheel and will be displayed in the screen (not available for all models). Optionally, the device can be equipped with Wi-Fi module.
