Thickness Gauge to determine the material thickness of all kinds of fabrics. With these instruments the most popular checking methods can be applied for textiles, felt, geomaterials, paper, floor coverings, leather, foils, rubber etc. Also, it comes with an international standard which are DIN, EN, ASTM and ISO. The measuring depth is 110 mm and the resolution is 0.001 respectively 0.001 mm. Different measuring feelers and additional weights are available depending on the application area and test standard. On request different standards can be combined in one instrument. With the optional available software, readings can be transferred by USB or RS-232 interface to a PC for statistical analysis (average value, standard deviation, number of readings). The robust, bending-resistent design of the thickness gauge, as well as the test setup encapsulated against external influences, e. g. shock ensures maximum measurement and repeatability.
