The stationary electronic tension sensor TSH is convenient for measuring flexible materials as wires, thin ropes and cables up to 10 mm diameter, as well as flat material up to 10 mm width, depending on the used rollers. The large guide rollers, with a groove diameter of 29.5 mm, provides minimized material deflection. Due to the max. measuring range of 50 daN, it is suitable for large tension forces. The easy installation of the tension meter with the rugged aluminium housing, can be happen even afterwards on existing machines. The integrated measuring amplifier has a high accuracy of 1 % FS. The DMS-sensor works with a high quality strain gauge bridge and provides a mechanical overload protection. Easy calibration to customized material is possible. In addition different output signals are offered. A Inspection Certificate 3.1 according EN 10204 is optional available.
