Description

Features of SHF-25-I:Compact Structure,High Torque Capacity,High Rigidity,Wave Generator Automatic Adjust Spindle, Easy to Use what is Harmonic Drive Strain Wave Reducer? Highly sophisticated and accurate mechanical component meant to achieve high torque, small size, and little backlash in motion systems is the Harmonic Drive Strain Wave Reducer. It runs on the ideas of strain wave gearing technology, which guarantees exact and fluid motion control. The key feature are provided below: 01. Compact Structure 02. High Torque Capacity 03. High Rigidity 04. Wave Generator Automatic Adjust Spindle, Easy to Use Fundamental Parts of a Harmonic Drive Strain Wave Reducer Wave Generator An elliptical cam surrounded in a flexible bearing. Rotated it deforms the Flexspline and generates Circular Spline engagement points. Flexspline A flexible, thin-walled steel cup including outside teeth. Engages with the Circular Spline by deforms elasticistically. Circular spline A stiff steel ring including teeth inside. Usually featuring two more teeth than the Flexspline, it helps to lower speed and torque multiplication. How It operates? The Wave Generator deforms the Flexspline such that its teeth interact specifically in certain areas with the teeth of the Circular Spline. Because of the tooth count discrepancy between the Flexspline and the Circular Spline, the motion differential created as the Wave Generator turns shifts. This motion differential generates the reduction ratio, hence amplifying torque and slowing down speed. In what fields are harmonic reducers used? Industrial robots
