The dynamic aging tester is mainly used to test the thermal stability of unprocessed polymer powder, granular material and processed tubular and thin plate samples. With the functions of continuous and intermittent sampling, the process of sample color change under different aging time can be seen intuitively. Compared with the traditional oven, it saves at least two-thirds of the test time, which is simple and efficient. The length of the sample can also be converted into a time scale, and then the color changes corresponding to different time can be compared with the chromatograph, so as to evaluate the thermal stability of the material, further improve the production process and optimize the product formulation.
