Hardcast Smoke & Soot is a spray-applied coating that resists microbial growth, locks down offensive particles, and removes odors from the air-stream below the detectable limit. Designed with EPA registered chemicals, this coating can be used on ductwork and insulation that has been exposed to smoke and soot from a fire to negate the need to replace the entire duct, but merely resurface it. Once the surface has been cleaned, the user can apply the homogeneous coating to lock down all remaining offensive particulate and create a barrier through which no palpable scent can escape. Smoke & Soot is available in two colors; white, for true visualization of cleanliness, and black for the complete concealment of the surface.
