Description

This range of Strong Performance Inlet Axial Piston Pumps & Motors features an independent hardened steel alloy valve that prevents wear. Adding to this, the unidirectional designs accommodate a pre compression orifice from the release port to the oncoming cylinder. This technique permits an even, constant pressure increase from the inlet to outlet to reduce mechanical shock and the resulting noise. A decompression orifice speaks with the cylinder coming towards the inlet port to the pump case. This method decompresses the oil that is left over in the cylinder after leaving the discharge port. This increases volume efficiency and encourages stlffer systems by offering a way to remove air en trained oil from the circuit. Furthermore, these pumps and motors are equipped with a forged motor, which is a one piece design bronze rotor that prevents pick up, fretting and wear that results from fluid borne impurities or minimal lubricity fluid conditions. Rotor is spllned to allow axial motion to make up for fluid film thickness and the temperature variations. The ball show of the piston knuckle joint is developed on the shoe of the piston, which lowers the overall length of the piston.
