Using the latest state of the art combination NO sensor design, the ‘amiNO’ series of nitric oxide sensors increases the sensitivity of electrochemical nitric oxide measurement, by up to 100 times that of any existing electrochemical sensor on the market today. They are the first NO sensors to break the 100 pA/nM barrier, see chart on page M4. This higher sensitivity greatly reduces any measurement errors due to baseline drift associated with temperature changes. This baseline drift has been a particular concern with older technology sensors that do not have the enhanced sensitivity characteristics of the ‘amiNO’ sensors.
