The Orca 1550 is a vertical panel sawing machine with a sawing height of 1550mm and a sawing length of 3300mm. Special customized models are possible. Standard sawing depth is 55mm. The sawing unit is easily interchangeable between horizontal and vertical cutting. The Orca has a standard equipped security system which prevents vertical cutting of the plastic strips. It is possible to equip the Orca 1550 with a scoring saw blade unit in order to process, for example, double sided plasticized panels without splintering the material. De Orca 1550 is also available in a semi-automatic model, the OrcaMatic. The machine has a unique frame construction, welded together, forming a solid base for an optimal performance, longevity of the machine and makes it easy and fast to install on site.
